Step into it fresh, light and with something good on your spoon.

We have prepared a simple yet effective dessert for you that you can make without stress and with joy – Panna Cotta Matcha & Cha Cha! - Mango (5 servings).

Cha Cha Cha!

Exotic mango and delicate matcha go perfectly together, just like a new year and new beginnings. ✨

Panna Cotta Matcha & Cha Cha! - Mango (5 servings).


Raw materials:

• 250 ml whipping cream (33%)

• 2 tbsp granulated sugar

• 1 Tbsp Matcha & Cha Cha! (sift)

• 1 slice of gelatin

• 100 ml mango puree (or other unsweetened fruit puree)


Procedure:

1. Preparing gelatin

Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water for 5–10 minutes to soften.

2. Heating the cream

Pour the cream and sugar into a small saucepan, heat slowly, but do not boil (approx. 70–80 °C).

3. Preparing matcha

Sift the matcha into a small bowl, add 2–3 tablespoons of hot cream from the pot, and mix into a smooth paste.

Stir back into the pot.

4. Adding gelatin

Squeeze out the gelatin and stir into the warm matcha mixture until completely dissolved.

5. Pouring and cooling

Choose your glasses 🥰

Pour the matcha mixture about 3/4 full.

Let cool to room temperature and then place in the refrigerator until completely solidified.


6. Mango layer

Pour your favorite fruit puree over the finished panna cotta.
